hello everyone ^_^ since people have been reminding me of this gloriously important duty[/sarcasm], i've created my MtAK thread, so post away! :D

disclaimer
if you ever find stuff missing and i'm the one who chomped it, i will always notify you either via pm or in the original thread. it's not my intention to ever offend anyone, so please don't ever take it personally. i'm just here to enforce the rules given to me :)

history of teh AgWing:
i used to initially be a rater in AQ CR&A and i like to help out a lot in H&S too (mostly Q&A). for those of you who remember me, i had a ratings center called All Stars Ratings Center. later on, Spellfire77 and I jointly had one called "Spelly and Silver's (or Silver and Spelly's) Ultimate Ratings Center". i also spend many backbreaking hours (walking up the hill both ways) co-creating guides *points at sig* for not only raters who were just starting out but also for people who wanted to read a step by step approach to uberness without having to consult a rater every five minutes. (unfortunately, it's become very out of date ^_^; but i shall be working on that as well as a few other projects.)
after that, i became an AK on CR&A and H&S during the time when AKs were first introduced. i subsequently retired from AKship about a year and a bit ago because i didn't feel that i had the time to dedicate to my AKship to really help out on the forums. recently, i've come out of retirement to help out with the Newbie Help and Dragonfable Boards because i missed everyone and the forums very much. (and the games too)

so, if you don't recognize me, ^ that's probably why, and now you know ;)

feel free to ask any questions about anything (but i don't guarantee a (serious) answer) and as always, let me know if you ever need anything ^_^

p.s. oh! and i'm a girl for the record :P lol
p.p.s. as you all know already, i edit in this color
p.p.p.s. i'll let you know if i'm online or offline, that way you can better gauge my response time ^_^

lol yup, i'm just an AK. nope. minimodding actually makes the mods/AKs jobs harder and it's something that you shouldn't do. just be helpful in other ways (see my history of teh AgWing explanation) and you'll receive a pm when the time comes ^_^

well you have to first do a pre-operative check on the patient to test for any contra-indicative signs; the patient needs to go to the pulmonologist, the cardiologist, and consult with necessary specialists in the event of certain conditions (such as obesity, etc...) after that, the initial pre-op with the anesthesiologist is next. once all of that is passed, a pre-surgery time must elapse for the patient to prepare him/herself. during the actual surgery, after the intubation for general as well as local anesthetic, the heart surgeon will open up the thoracic cavity to expose the heart (after cutting open the rib cage which is a pain because you might need to get ortho for that). next, depending on the type of surgery, assuming that this is an intervention and you need to do a bypass, you'll need to cut off a part of another artery/vein in order to bypass the block that has formed in the coronary artery/vein as that can be very deadly. close up the patient. send him/her/it over to post-op in the ICU ^_^

Why are you the strictest AK out there when it comes to locking and moving threads?
i'm actually not. a lot of AKs and mods will actually just delete on sight but i try to merge/move when i can to save the thread. if you look at the AQ GGD and such, you'll find that i'm actually more lenient down here ;)

also, leniency isn't really to do with the AK. it's to do with the rules that we are given to enforce and the amount of rule breaking that goes on lol. i just happen to spend more time down here, so you just see me move/delete/lock stuff more often ;)
