You guys want some help with geting members to come back/ get new ones? I'm working on a mass project for all the clans to get more members in here.

 Things are going good. I am still waiting for more replies as to when to have the elections but that is the only problem.

 Well I am the currant clan head but we are overdue for election but we have voted to perspone them awhgile back now I am gathering votes again as we have waited a long while. I am willing to help you leon lionheart to get this palce active ASAP.

 Well maybe an election would drum up activity or some new threads, anyone got any ideas for nw threads? i think for this though I might create a new improvements thread, for discussing how to improve the clan. We had one before but inactivity consumed it. Going to attempt to recreate it soon.

Ya i was thinking about starting a thread like that. An election is a possibility but of course you need the members to actualy vote.

 Almost ready to put it up. I wonder why this has reached 10 pages and hasn't been locked? Anyway your right about the election but still I think though we do need one soon.

 I have put up the new improvement thread. thanks for the support but i think we should wait abit longer for the other council members to vote.

EDIT: I am proud of the progress we have made today. 2 new threads should help increase activity.

Yeah that be true it will but I was thinking expanding you know since the AE team are currently a bit occupied with other things then Paxia we are going to have to make ways of Paxia coming to the AE guys and gals.

First off a re form of the Geoto may be a good idea, you know something like New Geoto something that says we're Geoto but now tougher stronger and better. Second off we need to stop with the council I've noticed that councils end up poorly ran and sometimes break down so I think we should introduce a party system like the Geoto Greenpeace party and the leader of the party will be the President/Minister/Emperor of Geoto I'll let the public choose a title out of those threes, that itself may make a good debate to have on the forums......anyways that's just to get the ball rowling.

 Might work leon lionheart but Geoto has used its currant system for a long time now and councils don't appear to be poorly run, except when there is so little activity, in which case the council does all it can to revive activity. It is partly the clan head and the head of each councils job to avoid the council breaking down so if they do then a new election should solve the problem.

I know its just we got to start splitting ourselves off from other clans, we are pretty much essentially just like the rest leaving people to join soley on a favourite element and we dont exactly luck out in that department. However if we start creating a unique vibe through our structure through our ideas then we could essentially make this clan big once more. And I completely agree the councils do a great job but we need perfection now. After all, all of the clans councils are well all councils, there's not much unique quality, so I say we should think of a new structure to give us a new energetic vibe.

Yeah that is true, and I'm thinking competitions the only problem is, competitions need to be advertised mind you I have the greatest idea of all times. I mean come on where do millions of people across the globe go to?

 Quite a few places but none are the Paxian forums. Also competitons all have to go in the unoffical games and contests forum. So little activity would come back here.

 It would attract some people to Geoto but alot of people won't know what Geoto is so that would need to be explained well,links maybe.

Yeah like links to the Geotian intro thread and that. Mind you might have to come up with something snappy cos Geoto alone doesn't sound all that interesting...like we need a slogan.
