What would you say people, on the forums specifically, like to see in a story?
I believe people, not only here, but in all aspects, like to see a well thought out story with some character development. The normal story outlines we see are mostly cliche, so people really have to shine. The story needs to come alive with detail. It's a hard thing to accomplish, but that's really what people like to see.
Also, everyone loves a good fight scene :).
Do you believe length effects how a story is recieved by the community?
Absolutely. The majority of forumites (Stereotype, don't bombard me here. Legends and Lore has a lot of intelligent people in it.) are lazy. They'll post things like "Hey, ur reel good. I read the first paragraph, but it's too long lol, but what i read is good." So, you'll get the people who actually want to read it to read it and love it, but those just browsing won't bother.
