If you were stranded on an island surrounded by purple monkeys, with coconut bolo's as weapons, with only casual clothes and a life jacket as armor/whatever, AND they were closing in on you, what would you do? And yes, the same "is not an answer" applies here as well.
If I had the bolos, I'd swing them around to distract them, then helicopter over them and proceed to swim away. If they had them, I'd climb a tree and catapult myself into the water.

Ever find backflipping on a trampoline fun? I do.
Haven't tried.
Its easy on a trampoline, as if you mess up you won't get hurt, and you can bounce higher, therefore having more time to do the "flip"
If you were walking on an unnamed street, and saw a man dressed in black with a knife coming torwards you, armed with a .22 calibir pistol (so old, the bullet would just become lodged in your ear if you fired it pointing to your ear...), and a bo staff 3 yards away that you could run to and pick up, what would you do? From here on, all "If" questions, the same "is not an answer" will always apply.
I'd run out of the street, and get help. No way I'm going to bother tussling with someone that has a knife.

I used to spend about 2 hours. Then there was a period of 6 hours a day. Then there was the couple times that I just sat at the forums for 10 hours... I'd say 4 hours on average, at this point.

Quick eyes, quick mind, quick fingers, I guess. I can read pretty fast. Someone typed a paragraph in IRC and I read it in less than a second... <_<
And I'm pretty fast at typing, even with a UIOP keyboard. Chances are, if I see the post fast enough, I can get a response quickly. I tend to have a strange luck with refreshing a page to get the new topics quickly.
My record is a 2 paragraph response in 18 seconds. But I cheated that one. Someone posted the question in the wrong forum, so I told them to delete that post and make a new one in Q&A, and whilst they were doing that, I typed a paragraph... <_<
