For the record: the "Hero Class" by Cloud does use copyright protected material, but in a form Nintendo is unlikely to object to. He is not in any way claiming he made up the names, but only enjoying what Nintendo created. It's much the same as you people using game images in your avatars and sigs. You can't copyright a common English phrase like "You're fired." The courts won't, at this time, uphold a copyright on words or phrases that are part of common usage. Names, however, can be protected, such as "Triforce Gathering" because the phrase is not in common use. Additionally, everything in a game is protected by the copyright on the game.
