Hope this helps guys. Outcomes appreciated. :) Anyone know how to make it bigger on the screen? :D
... Forgot to mention I used Filter>Distort>Twist for my background. Also the lighting step on top of my background (Twisted one) I added way more lighting for way more light source.

Actually, this problem has nothing to do with photoshop. It's photobucket.

To get your image the right size (at least for large image files), you should change the Upload settings.
How do you do that?
1. Open your photobucket page.
2. See the box where you browse for your file to upload? Right above it, in the right corner, there should be "(options)"
3. Click "(options)". There should be a list. The lowest box says "1 Megabyte File Size."
4. Check this box and click Save.
5. Reupload your tutorial. It should be the right size.

Then, your tut should be the right size.
And wen su, if you use something like imageshack, in a few months it'll be a dead link; and the tutorial will not show up here(or wherever you posted the image).

I'll give you feedback on the tut once it's finished.

This is probably GIMP compatible. I'll double check right now.

Here are some tips/tricks for this tutorial!

tip 1.
When smudging, try smudging in the flow of stock in this case top to bottom left diagnol.

tip 2.
On step seven(I think) play with the layer options. Experiment with them and do what you like.

Great tutorial. I love the outcome. Thank you for posting.
