Ryussei Cartwright.
An agent for The'Galin. Apparently he had asked help from The'Galin and The'Galin then talked by using his body. Seems to be possesed by the Devourer.
Location: The Manefestation, probably in the later wars in the Saga.
Group: Division/Chaos.

Hope this belongs here, In this thread: Martial Artist class, Dadric is named "Dardic", Dardric or even "Dardrick". I don't think he likes to get three wrong names.
