 Mummy's Torment
The undead mummy hand at the end of this staff does focus magical energies, but originally it was designed by a very short mage to reach high shelves.

This item requires a Dragon Amulet. The head of this magic staff is a cursed mummy's hand. It shows all your enemies that you hold power over life and death. It also makes an awesome back scratcher.
