It depends on which place it's for. :P There are some places where it's just a quick check (few categories/forums) and some posting to intensive checks/keeping up to date and not much posting.

How many laugrages can you speak?
That depends on fluency. If it's fluent enough to be pretty much fine anywhere, that'd be one (English), maybe two (and Mandarin). If it's I can understand it but not really speak it, add Taiwanese. If it's random snatches, maybe two more... three more for random words :P.

why is it that my orum got locked when it wasnt breaking no rules it never even had 5 posts
