Only thing I think is confusing is the set C4D because I never used them. Same for borders.

just screw around(sorry if that offends anyone mainly Grafh) with the settings i set mine on too low an opacity and ddint add text here is V2

Mo filters>decor>add border
mine is 2 on both settings

i can help with that mo.

border- I made a new layer and go to select>all. then go to edit>stroke selection(make sure your foreground color is the color you want your border) and stroke a normal line at 2pixels. then I duplicated it and run it through a gauissain blue filter. It didn't show up much on the .xcf but when you upload it it will be there.

C4D- I just pasted one in and erased some parts of it to make it look better.

nice results silver and shadow.

silver- the C4D is abit much there. you should have erased some of it.

you dont change the opacincy. you change the spacing. anyway I replied through PM.

it does say it in the tut though

 Personally, I'm not a fan of mosiac blocks or any pattern like that. But I must say you pulled it off. Nice tut. I want to try it. ONe sec.

I parted from the tut but I still used the techniques. :P. Looks bad, though. Oh well, I haven't used gimp in a year or so.

I get confused by the word "C4D" though, so mine wont be to good .

C4D- stands for cinema 4D. we use things made in this program in our tags. you can get them from planetrenders or sometimes deviantart(be careful with devart though some arn't meant ot be used).

shadow the left hand side of yours is a little messy. other than that its good.

 Oh, i know what it is, i just never know how or when to use one, and the effects it'll produce. i dunno, the abbreviation "C4D" just gets me confuzzled, it's just one of thiose things.

You change their opacity, contrast and color etc. You add filters, which may produce you the cool effects :D.

1 pixel? well the smallest is x=1 y=1 and thats 2 pixels i think
