My absolute favorite thing about the Sweep and the KOO: I've noticed this for some time now, and just wanted to give a shout out to these fellows: It used to be, when equipment or spells, etc were released, you'd have to wonder, hmm, is this any good? Should I sell my uber-rare toothpick of doom (Level 50, 10 gold) for the new Boots of escaping (Level 100, 70 gold)? To decide that, you had to wait for the stats to be posted, then do your own personal calculations with your character. Or If the stats didn't get posted before the new release was gonna go rare (That happens sometimes), you'd either have to skip it, and hope it wasn't good, or find a spot to buy it into, then test it out yourself over several runs and back calculate what it's actual stats were. And it wasn't unusual to find that a level 50 weapon could blow away a level 70 one. The price of the item didn't really matter much either. I'm the main person that figures out what we should sell and buy, and when my family started playing a sizeable number of characters, it started getting really old trying to to determine if weapon X was good for Character B, or if we should sell reignbringer off our hybrid for the Limfang Craw*, and so on. For like the past year, the level and price of items actually makes sense! Now, If I'm faced with getting a level 85 light spell, and I have a level 80 light spell, I can be sure that the new level 85 spell will be a bit better over-all than the level 80 one! It's great, really. Some of you guys have no idea... Thanks for making this game something I can play again instead of a huge math exercise... *I made that up. And we don't even have a hybrid, strictly speaking.
