Reposting this in the Z-token section, since it fits also. I paid 250z-tokens and was directed to the Pet shop, but it won't let me purchase anything. GG. http://puu.sh/3LCxF.png

 I had One Golden Gift Box, which I tried buying it. It opened up the shop and I tried opening it. But the game just froze and Neither the Xp Points got purchased, but I even lost the GGB.

Please Help!

Went and bought a ten pack of GGBs, but the load screen took a long time, and then got an error message. I checked my Z-tokens, and found I was down 2,000 without receiving 10 GGBs in return. I tried logging out, logging back in., and checking my Character page for GGB numbers. Cleared cache, no change. Using: Flash 11.8.800.94, Explorer 9, Windows 7, and the number of players was 16,837. This happened to this character: 2895493.

Should be fixed - you have your 10 GGBs now. Sorry about that. ~IMR

 Was going to buy the 2500 ztoken package with hydroblaze shield, everything looked fine till I got to the page where you select payment type then it said "AQ 2500 Z-Tokens + WarTotem" . Just want to confirm what comes with the offer and notify that theres currently some inconsistencies.

It should give you the HydroBlaze Shield. I'll pass it onto the web team to get it fixed.

In the meantime, if you have a Master Account, then try paying through the Portal Site. To my knowledge, that says "HydroBlaze Shield" everywhere. If something does go wrong, then I'll fix it for you. ~IMR

After receiving XP from a GGB and you have reached your daily cap on XP & Gold you cannot level up from the GGB XP.

^You normally do not level up unless your caps are not met on that day anyway.

In any case, wait for just another 20 minutes (as of this post).

I was using my Staff of Agony's Chains against an Ice Snayl, with Frost Wyrm Tera Suul, Father Time, and Moglord Warboar, and when the special activated, all three hits missed and the popup said "This is an error! This is an error!"

Z-Tokens apparently stop dropping after you get around 35-40 Tokens from battles in 1 login. No I didn't cap and yet I'm not able to get any Z-Tokens. This is coming from over 200 battles and the first 20ish can fetch a few Z-Tokens at a time. Normally the cap would be 50 for Guardians.

Maybe logging out might help? Or I hope this is fixed soon. Thanks.

^There is a separate cap on how many Tokens you can get per day.

I said I got 40 Tokens and they didn't drop at all since then. Shouldn't they be dropping til I get 50 or more? That's the cap for Guardians at least.

IMR understands what you're saying, and is telling you it's working as intended.
I imagine it probably has something to do with the drop rate formula.

So this means that the longer I login the less chance of getting Tokens?

It seems like the first like 30 or so battles I'm getting enough Z-Tokens of 40 but afterwards of over hundreds of battles, I'm not getting anything. Do I have to logout and it would let me gain Z-Tokens until I get 50+?

There is nothing wrong with how it is dropped. There is a small, equal % chance per battle for everyone to receive Z-tokens. How much is dropped, we don't know. What is the % chance of getting it per battle, we don't know. But it is there, and it is fixed.

There's something called a RNG (aka, Random Number Generator) or in math, probability, that determines how "lucky" we are to get a good "number". This works the same way for the GGBs, where the rarer boxes are, well, rarer to get. But some people are still able to get maybe 5 in a row. Some may need to open up 100 boxes or so before they get it. It is entirely real-life luck.

So the further answer your doubts and questions, but it this way simply.

You were very lucky to get most of it in the first 30 or so battles. But thereafter, your luck started to decline.

Is the drop rate static?
I was going to guess that the # of tokens already earned is a factor in determining the Z-token drop rate.

 The drop rate was reduced to 40 (Guardians) and 16 (Adventurers). It's been like this for a few months.

I assume you mean the cap rather than the drop rate?
In which case I question the numbers since I've gotten 24 on one day (as an adventurer).

 You can exceed the cap if you happen to get a drop that simply exceeds the cap - i.e. if you're at 15 Tokens already, you may receive 9 Token drop, thus making it 24. It's just so once it hits 16 Tokens (or more), you get nothing.

And I'm not sure how to explain that. I'm guessing that Tokens stop dropping after you're strictly over the cap.

Has this bug been reported before? Unless providing new info please do not duplicate reports. no

Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): glitch i guess

Bug details:
Before bug occurred: i had 989 tokens

During Bug: i had 989 tokens

After bug: i was supposed to get 2000 extra tokens because of the july loyalty token thing but i didn't. i played every day and fought a lot of monsters so yeah.

This week's update said that the dracgard shield was one of the new golden giftbox items, but when I went to the "what's inside" button at the golden giftbox shop, it didn't appear to be in any of the shops.

It's now called Darkovian Bulwark, and it's in the Rare shop. ~IMR
