The Gnome is gone until December. We haven't heard of bb23 in a while. Pie is busy.

Well... you know that island that has a question mark on it? Well... that could be a War Organizer Watch Tower. You know, a way to introduce the NPC if we were to add it... If you're new to wars, you could go to the Watch Tower, and there the NPC will tell you about how to activate a cannon, how to fire it, etc.

Yup, whatever we did there would need to be a very detailed 'How to' function, either from some sort of central facility, or from the clan leaders, or perhaps from Ai Pang if appropriate.
