How do you make Tilesets you download useable?

Is RPG maker Xp safe, or does it contain viruses and trojans and the like, because I might dowload it soon, and I want to make sure.

no it dosen't and to insert tilesets make a new one and put the dowloaded one in

the program it self does not have virus's or worms ect..
but u should always do a virus scan with one of your virus detectors e.g. AV Free Edition
also tell me what website you are downloading it off of, the crankeye version is safe and legal

I have two questions....

1. In the event command, how do I make it so when I talk to a person a second time, they say something diffrent?

2. About scripts, is there any special way of entering them? Or do you just copy and paste the script....?

Swordhunter: For your first question make a switch and turn the switch on at the end of the 1st conversation and then make a conditional branch and have it so that the switch must be one. Under on put what he says the second time. Cut what he says the first time and paste it under else handler. For your 2nd question post new scripts above the script called Main.

EDIT: Uh...vamp, I still dont get it 100% I did the branch thing, but it wont work...could you go a bit more deeper into detail? If not, thats cool, but it would really help me.

Now... I can download the Sprite Maker 1999... but it's kinda confusing... being a sig maker I don't use layers. Well... a retired sig maker... How do I work the Sprite Maker 1999?

It should say.

Use Switch Operation on Page 1, click Switch Operation, choose Switch 0001: Something and fill in the ON Bubble.
