Well, the description of viridian said "more green than blue". So shouldn't you rather want...green-blue?

They mean the same, though I myself put the lesser color first which I believe most crayons do. Wow we've gotten off-topic.

That would depend on whether the first word describes the second or the second word describes the first. I usually read the first color as an adjective, so I would say blue-green is what he would want.

Really? I always hated crayons as a kid, so , eh, *shrugs* So, uh, getting back on topic...I hope the retro armor becomes scaleable, so it isn't outcalssed in two weeks after Beta's end. And, I just noticed something. A human with the short, somewhat slicked back hair that's dark in color looks like a futuristic Japanese WWII sailor. Or maybe I'm just crazy.

It likely won't be. If AQ and WF ever get the option of upgrading rare equipment to higher levels, then that could be done, but I have no idea if or when the games will ever get such a feature.

Well, some armors in AQ scale (Guardian Plate), so I don't see why Retro couldn't scale in a similar fashion. It would prevent the armors from being wastes of a slot.

It would also potentially make the armor too good. Something that scales any would need to be weakened to justify the scaling and prevent it from being the one piece of equipment you ever need to use. Scaling even from level 10 to all the way to whatever the level cap eventually stops at is a very long way to scale. If that were to be justified, the armor would wind up a novelty in power anyways.

Exactly. There would have to be some incentive to buy other armors, which would mean it would have to be continually inferior to other armors of or near your current level at any given time.

Well, if it scaled similar to Guardian, maybe a bit less, then I doubt people would consider it the one piece of equipment you'd ever need. There are many armors much better than Guardian in AQ, and if Retro scaled similarily, slightly weaker, getting an increase every 5 to 10 levels up to maybe level 80 (considering AQ's level cap), then I think it would work out.

Well, then, it would still be worthless compared to other armors on that level-I would sell my Guradian armor for something else if I could. If they made the Retro armor a default armor (which they won't), that would be the only reason to scale it. Scale it too much=over powerful. Scale too little=it's still worthless.

Couldn't it just be the same as guardian? 2 hit attack at lv40, then becomes a 3 hit attack at lv70.

about stat training:

i want to have max defense, no offence watsoever. ( i mean i dont mind it, but u know what i mean)

so what do u think would be best, all end (max hp)
max dex (max dogging)

or half of both, resulting in good dodge and health?

(or something else...)

oh and now my chars levels are: 10,2,2,2,2 :)

oh and about the scalling thing, i think they should use rep like in aqw, so that way its scalled based on how much u use it :)

Well, it's like Alpha Pirate in AQW (and I am sure there are comparable ones in the other games but none leap to mind as such a shiny example, oh wait....Shiny Boy?). The problem with rares and usable equipment. I always go to Protosartorium, Reign (and now Technomancer :)) when I want to get work done.

Bluebowser: Depends, really. If you want instant-gratification, go for End. You'll see your HP increase with each stat increase. In the long run, Dex. may be more benfical, at, about, maybe, 100 or so. You really need both, though, so if you don't care about anything else, go for Dex: 25, End: 25.

ok i will try training stats agian, but last three times it either wasted gold, or didnt work, so i am very sceptical

and i already have 15 end from before glitch :)

^I've been most successul training stats when I clear my cache, log out, close my browser then login and proceed directly to the trainer before doing anything else. Hope that helps.

Hm, well, I farmed so hard for level 10, I didn't even notice I had 1,000 gold, so stat training for me was a breeze.

they lowered the gold monsters drop drasticaly :(

first day i got 600 gold, and a single monster gave me 35 gold...
now the 2nd and 3rd day, him AND his higher level version give me 4 and 6... wow :(

then i wasted all my gold on stat trainign and gettting every item in game (that it would let me hold) and now i have 200 odd :)

Hmmm

Just a quick thought but.....

Mabye you could make the beta for supporters of your other games like dragonfable, mechquest and aqworlds

After all they are paying to support the company as well
