Other than the Default weapons, no.

 it does affect the combat defenses on your no drop armor as well as your no drop weapon. other than that though nothing.

Hey i saw a conversation earlier about Stat Untrainer and i think the Stat Untrainer should be yours truly... Sgt "Lucky" Gibbs? Since he is so Unlucky why not be the Untrainer?

 The staff might already have something new planned for the stat untrainer. (probably a new npc that we've never even heard about although it really could be anyone, they haven't released any info on it)

Just buy the highest level things that you can.

 bileon, your pretty safe if you just buy the highest version sense level is basically what determines it's power.
just go through everything, it's still a small game so it shouldn't take all that long.

The only things that you should pay attention to are weapons. But that's only for Level 10 and up becuase that's when you have different rates.

 well, that and the guardian bonus EX: the level three temura's trust is actually more powerful then the level 10 version thanks to the guardian advantage. you don't have to worry about that though considering your not a WG.

It's the Hand of Creation. And there is:

Hand of Creation - Level: 10 - 30 Gold

Hand of Creation Z - Level 15 - 760 Tokens

That is all we can get now.
