Swords or Guns?
My favorite weapon is a gunblade that utilizes extension chains connected to a central orb and the hilts allowing for a dagger on one side, a sword on the other, it can extend to become somewhat ranged, the sphere allows for slicing and attacking at bizzare angles by revolving the blade, and it can fire magical blasts or energy using a charging system or by synchronizing spells for the weapon's user. Complex weapon much?
