Why cant I log onto my AQW account?

When i got home today and saw the release was out I tried to log onto my character but it said it was locked because of to many failed attempts even thought that was the first time i tried. So then i am able to play and i logged out but now i cant log on and its 3-5 hours and it still says wait ten minutes is there some new glitch or something????

 The "too many failed attempts" message is a safety measure to prevent others from hacking into your account by guessing at your password endlessly. This message should reset after a period of time, so if it ahs not, there is definitely an issue here. Perhaps someone is trying to log into your account. It would explain the password failures prior to you trying to log in both times as you stated. This is only a theory, mind you. The help pages on the AQW homepage might be of assistance, and you could pay a visit to the AQW Bugs Forum and see if anything there can assist you. If those sources cannot, try contacting a Moderator concerning the issue. He/she should be able to help.

Uh now its been like 12 hours and still says the same thing.

Your account may be ban. The duration can last of to 24 hours.

I suggest that you read: My account has been locked or disabled! What do I do?

My account hasnt been banned because i was able to log on a couple minutes ago but my internet explorer stopped working and now it says its locked for 10 minutes again. (when it said that i just tried to log on after every minute)

I second what I said earlier.
Did you read what was in the link I gave you? Apart from that, you can send an email/message to them.
