You seem to have nice items for your level. I'd say a nice goal would be to aim for the level cap, and finish storyline quests if you haven't already.
As for items, I'd say it's your choice. Explore around, find quest shops, see what they offer. You might be surprised. Sorry that I can't offer much specifics, but numbers and weapon comparisons are not my specialty.

But yes, a good goal right now would be to hit the level cap, 55.

@Ghostclaw Let me break this down...

Stats: I'm not good with stats, so all I can say is to finish training them.

Weapons: Get one of every element.
You have one of Water, Wind, Ice, Earth, Energy, Light and Darkness. Thus, you're missing fire. Since you don't have Z-Tokens to get an extra slot, I recommend either selling Warshovel 5K (Because so few monsters have a weakness to earth), or selling your Gleaming Gathorax and Using the IMP whenever your enemy has a light weakness. Then buy the Rocking CiZor (Gold, despite the name).

Battlesuits: All looks good here, though you may want to purchase the AAAA Cell Energizer, just to get an energy battlesuit, since it's one of the two free-player battlesuits with an element.

Gauntlets: It's again good to have one of every element, though unlike weapons, that's not yet possible. So you should get the best version of the network deflector you can (VR Deck).

Pets: Getting one of every element again would be preferable. You have one of Darkness, Water, Earth, Ice/Energy and Wind. You still need one of Light and Fire. Unfortunately, WF does not yet have ones of Light and Fire.

Skills/Tech: OK, you only need one healing skill (Actually you don't need even one). I recommend a Nanotech model, because that can also serve as a Fire, Earth and Energy spell. Once again you should have one of every element. So I recommend:
Fire: Nanotech
Wind: There isn't one.
Water: Melt/Better Model
Ice: Cryo Bombs/Better Model
Energy: Nanotech
Earth: Nanotech
Light: IMP
Darkness: Partial Vacuum/Better Model
That takes up 5 inventory spaces, leaving 3 open. Two can be a Summon Zorboz and a Call Medidroid, to fill friend slots depending on your needs. This leaves you with one more.*

Miscellaneous Items: You have Temura's Trust, I recommend getting a version of Suncys, Emerald Star and Gravas.

And lastly, make sure you always have the highest versions of all of your items.

 Some notes I would like to add:

1. Instead of selling the Gathorax, I'd sell the Polar Beam Sword. Personally, I hate it, since it hurts you (unless you have it as the shorter version), and that a Water weapon, in your case, the Marksman Laser Pistol, can cover up. As suggested, get the CiZor.

2. Stats. A BeastStriker? Well, you've got 25 points left, so I advise you to either put them into STR or DEX. DEX, for more defensive purposes, and STR for offensive purposes. DEX gives you additional blocking chance, while STR gives you additional melee damage (which, by the way, is the only type you should be attacking with since you're a Striker (in other words, no guns)). In whatever way you train them is entirely up to you and your style of play.

the only reason im using a gun is for the skills on star ninja which overide the gun attack and is better than the hullscuffer

...That doesn't mean they're pointless. Their effects are useful, and therefore they have high upkeep costs. Saying something is not worth keeping because it uses up more [X] than it generates is like saying that all skills and techs, all gauntlets, and most items and guests are not worth keeping.

yes but i dont feel that they give ENOUGH usefulness than i could with losing 1 sp a turn with a gueest or 14sp a turn for something that does less
and gauntlets give a large amount of damage worth it

Anyone found any good farming spots for exp? Gold at the moment isn't a problem.

The only place I'm farming right now is Captain Daian -> Mission 2

Has anyone found a better place as of now?

 Those are the quests where I usually farm. As you probably know, they give you potions, which are quite handy at times. Sometimes, though, there are low level monsters, which do not give the best rewards- However, there are those monsters that give 800-1000 EXP

Two questions.

Question the first:
There is a Mac's store near here. It sells Artix Entertainment upgrade cards. These cards do not have any mention of WarpForce on them. Can I still use them to become WarpGuardian?

Question the second, to be answered only if the above answer is yes:
I have a Guardan character on Adventure Quest. This means, WarpGuardian theoretically costs me $10, as opposed to $20. What happens to the excess on the card? Would I be able to upgrade /two/ of my characters?

First question: When you upgrade a character, it takes you to the Artix Entertainment section, where you choose what game you want to upgrade (I believe, not 100% sure). So I think you can use them to become a WarpGuardian, yes. But again, I'm not 100% sure.

Second question: I think the offer may be to buying online only. Again, I'm not sure, and maybe one of the AK's can clear that up for you.

WG is the same as guardian WF is a copy of AQ with other npcs and other stuff
so it should work

what hppened to the quest where u had to goto to get the plant sprout where the palnt wer like flowers.


what happened to the quest wher u had to battle to get the weapon tht was like a cannon tht would like sometime explode saying unauthorized user.

I think you are reffering to the quests on Satiren. They are in the Hangar-->Talk to General Leet-->Travel-->Satiren.

 Is any WarpGuardian player willing to do quests for the Pedia? We still don't have What Lies Beyond or any of the tower quests past Spy Hunt. Zhoom 6000 has been out since September.
