Well, the title says it all really but...

There's a certain user that I think deserves to have a title but the majority of it was done by PM so no-one else could see it.

Is there any place I could post or someone I could personal message ?

Only Moderators, ArchKnights, Knights Of Oreder, Squires Of Order, can suggest Members for Titles/Etc.

 Everyone that deserves it gets it in time.
Just as Personater and Viking_Jorun. They were great mods on GPC, I'm sure everyone agreed that they would be awesome ArchKnights, a year or two later, both had become ArchKnights.
