Hello. With the new Beta game going on, I want to verify my StarCaptin account. But how do I do that? When I checked to see if I was eligible, it said i still needed to get the StarCaptain Upgrade. But I already did, a master upgrade actually. So what do I do now?

Try unlinking your MQ game account, and then link it back.

Hey im having problems.
Im trying to link my AQ/WF account to my Master Account but it says its been already linked to another account. what do i do?
I have never linked it to any other account...

I checked weather I was eligable for BladeHaven Beta, but it said I wasnt, I got a AQW mem, a DL upgrade, a MQ upgrade, and a varium package, does it say this to everyone or is it a bug, should I unlink then relink one of my upgraded acounts or what?

I think it is a bug because another player has just posted the same problem in AQW Q&A,
he is Upgraded in AQW & DF yet when he takes the BETA test he gets the message saying "requiments not met",
i know this may be stating the obvious but try Logging out & clearing cache if you still fail the test after that then report as a bug
then wait till tomorrow & try the test again

 avendi this many problems in this world adventure quest house when the lag is going to enter into such a place tranins he is slow and have to click cancel gets too bad you can Artix's a way to improve aq count on you

When I was playing BladeHaven, I was level 6. Then, when I logged back in, I was a Level 1 noob!

Wow AE's done so much to improve all their programs and games, but some of them need to be less overpowering such as epicduel for example, during the beta people bought varium packages which increased their skills amazingly but it will have a large effect on the more disadvantaged players like me.

Linking the account is easy, it's really simple, all you have to do is just go onto the linking page, enter which game u wanna link and do so. All you have to do its just enter your user and pass on your AQW, DF, MQ etc... account onto the master account.

AE should really consider about making bladehaven only for exclusive members, starlords, dragonlords. I mean why would they do that, you have to pay for a game in order to play another game. oh the irony..... Bladehaven should really just be a free game like the others. "Upgrade Required to play BladeHaven" =='

I was lvl 7 or 8 in blade heaven . But wen i closed the browser n opened it again to play blade heaven , my blade heaven acc is lvl 1 . What should i do ?

I need help recovering my lost account, i made it with some random email, and now i forgot the password and i can't recover it. So i need help getting back that master account since i have an account link to it and i need it to get 2nd Upholder and that new pet. I know it was my mistake for making it with random email but please help because i want to get that pet and 2nd Upholder!

Well, i have a linked account on my portal account. My AQWorlds account has been hacked does anyone know how to get it back? Thanks.

 @XXThevenTXX If you don't have the email, the staff have no way of confirming that the account in question belongs to you and so can't help you.

 um, I feel nooby, but I accidentally put < key in my master account password, and now I saw that it doesn't work, any way to change it out without logging in since I cant login?
edit: would the fact that it used to have a different password help? like a possible reset.

 You need to login to change your password http://portal.battleon.com/account/changepw.asp I think that special characters only prevent you from logging into ED and not the portal site, but I'm not sure if they've changed that since the system was created.

I know i don't have the email because i just use some random email(i don't think it even exist), and i know it is my mistake for doing it, but i know the username(master account) and my AQW account is linked to that master account, can't you at least trace the account because i would be missing a lot of thing if i can't use the master account. I'm begging, i give every information i know to help trace that account. Captain Rhubarb, please help!!

On my master account I got the archivement : Beta Tester Awarded to players that participated in EpicDuel's Beta testing phases.
So now to right of it it say Battle token reward 3500
What is that?
Is that battleon game point?
If yes why I have 0 point?
(never had any point never used so)

@ usuck, that problem happened to me as well I was playing bladehaven and I was lvl 5 and when i logged back out then back in i was lvl 1 and even though i saved my character previously it wouldn't load it.... *sadface*

also can you take the code off when i enter a battle it keeps saying to ensure fairness to other players we now require you you to type the capatcha to ensure you are a real player i am a real player well how long is it going to be on for because it is annoying

How many CherryCredits is needed to buy 5000 BattleOn Points?

I'm planning to get the 3 Month membership + 6000 ACs pakcage.

And speaking of that package, is the 3 month mem + 6k ACs package really just 5000 BattleOn Points? It's a really awesome deal, or is it just too good to be true. O.o

I need to know how much CherryCredits are needed for 5000 BattleOn Points in order to buy them.
