This has more to do with the portal site itself rather than the master account, but I thought it would fit appropriately here:

Why does the WF link in the portal homepage send us to the AQ website instead of the WF website, unlike all the other games?

@AzX: Yes, they will. I may be mistaken, but I think that it will unlock special stuff (I honestly can't think of a better word) for our Bladehaven character.

my AQWorlds was hacked but is still linked to my master account.... what do i do?


EDIT: Contact the help team for AQWorlds.


sorry to say but been there done that and there are so many problems with the help page i am not even gonna start. but one i need to solve is that i am told that the password has been sent to me on file but i never recieve it

I have a question.. I just extended my Membership and I didn't get any points even 1, why..?


EDIT: Did you purchase Battleon Games Points?
And then spend those points to buy your AQW upgrade?
That's currently the only way to earn Battleon Games XP

Hello. Now, I know that the SMS system is down, so we can't use that. But is the Home phone system down too. I was trying to buy battleon points on my master account, and all I ever get is a busy signal. A little help, plz? =|

DragonFable is different than AdventureQuest. Currently, the only upgrades are:

Warrior > DragonWarrior
Rogue > DragonRogue
Mage > DragonMage
Necromancer + Paladin > DeathKnight

Also, this thread is for questions about the Master Account System. For questions about DragonFable, you should use the DragonFable Q&A Board.

There is currently no way to unlink your EpicDuel accounts. I don't know about the other games, though. EDIT: Never mind, this is taken from the first post.

please help and i tried the help page.... (it needs some repairs)......when i do everything and fill it out i get the reply back and it says that it was verified as my account and that the password was sent to me.... but i never received it.

 [Soulwing]: With 400 BP's, you can buy anything that would be equivalent to a 19.95 USD purchase. That includes, but is not limited to:

  • SC upgrade
  • Guardian Upgrade
  • Epicduel 4000 Varium +3000 credits
  • Dragon Amulet
  • 1 Dragonguard or Doomknight piece
  • Warpguardian with 1K Tokens
  • Upgrading your entire game account (IF you already have an upgraded account)

    And a whole LOT more.

    		@Anabell_ Linking/upgrading your accounts doesn't give you points, you have to buy points or get them through the offer system.

    Here's all the current ways you can get Master Account Game Points.

  • Credit Card, PayPal, ClickandBuy, or CherryCredits
  • Rixty and Coinstar
  • Artix Entertainment Upgrade Cards
  • Ultimate Game Card and PayByCash
  • Mail Check, Cash, or Money Order
  • Mobile Phone SMS Text Message
  • Pay by Home Phone
  • Earn Free Points by filling out Surveys and Offers

    The free way of getting them is filling out the offers. You can view these options by pressing 'Get Points' on the top or '[ Get More ]' by your amount of points.

    		I just thought of buying some NGs for my MQ account and when I saw the prices for the Battleon Points, I saw that it was a bit cheaper to buy the 2000 points package than it is to buy the higher priced packages. Can someone correct me with math to show that buying the largest packages is cheaper, or does AE need to adjust how much points they give for each package size?
