Hi. I' am a young-ish person with little computer skills. I am an active member in the Role Playing Academy. As part of my new RP, I'm thinking about giving signatures to the winners of various events. How would I be able to do that without making signatures, which is impossible for me.

You can always ask your fellow forumittes in the CA and request for sigs. They would be happy to make sigs for you. ;)

Hm,

You could use the Signature & Art Requests Board. ^_^
Post in one of the Art Shops using their {rovided Format, prehaps a little detail and information too. :)
