Thyton retaliates against Jemini's drawing
So Jemini and Thyton were in a meeting and decided to doodle. Thyton was first drawing a normal Jemini until he drew the pupils on opposite sides which you'll understand when you see the final drawing. This prompted Jemini to retaliate with a simple little drawing of Thyton.
That is Jemini's image. Thyton, who has never been one to admit defeat in a fight, decided to launch his own retaliation.
The fun begins with everytime Thyton adds to his drawing, Jemini nearly points to a different aspect of her drawing, causing Thyton to draw even more on his drawing of Jemini. In the end, it looks like someone shot a rubber band and another person shot a nuke. Here is Thyton's retaliation.
Clearly, Thyton does not believe in overkill.
Finally for now, Mini-Korin. Bow down and praise it.

Hallo from Points East! I'm having a sort of vacation, in that I am not at home, and assisting some dear friends who live in a large city, doing things like helping get a broken air-conditioning unit out of the window and out of the apartment, and doing errands such as looking for the proper style of 60-watt lightbulbs...
They don't have internet access at their place, so I've been going to this wonderful coffee shop just a few blocks away, which offers free Wi-Fi. It's very small, so I try not to over-stay my welcome, but they have been very sweet and accommodating - and they brew excellent coffee, of which I've been drinking quite a lot more than usual. Yesterday I sat there and ate a delicious arugula salad with freshly-grated parmesan curls while testing the release with Korin and Vivi.
Yep, that was Vivi. Not our Azami (who also helps test when he has time). Thanks, Vivi!! I had to go hunting lightbulbs before we were quite finished with the testing - who knew that 60-watt bulbs would be so elusive.
This morning I am using a chain coffee shop to access the internet, which is not nearly as nice, but the little shop restricts laptops until afternoon on Saturdays. Because people go there to, y'know, eat brunch and stuff. Which is really what the cafe is for.
So anyway I wanted to nudge everyone to tell Korin on the forums what a great job he did with the release this week, doing practically everything solo since we all went hither and thither without him... Korin is seriously awesome!
And now I must away to stalk the wild 60-watt! See you at DragonCon if you're going - and I'll be home and back to a more usual way of doing things after the holidays!

Friday the 13th Notes
While you're waiting for that news, you should log in to AQWorlds (or make your account if you haven't already) to pick up your Marshmallow on a Stick! Then, don't forget - at 6PM Server Time (Eastern Time) on Friday - George Lowe (best-recognized as the voice of************ Space Ghost* ) and One-Eyed Doll and Voltaire will all be at the campfire telling ghost stories! So you should roast your marshmallow at the campfire, check out the ghost stories, and see what happens - then head back to MechQuest for more excitement!
*zapper of Zorak*** ... no, not Zorbak - Zorak**...
** Yes, Space Ghost had Brak on his shows as well
***If Zorak went to G.E.A.R.S, he would totally be in MystRaven. I'm sure of it.****
****My cousin & I are huge Space Ghost fans, from way before I ever met Korin*****
*****Korin might be a bigger George Lowe fan****** than both of us put together
******But I am the biggest Zorak fan******* of all
*******Jemini is a fan of Brak
Our host and guide during the event will be the famous voice actor George Lowe. How did we get him to do this event? NO IDEA! You may recognize his voice from such shows as Space Ghost, Aqua Teen Hunter Force, The Brak Show, Robot Chicken.... which are all registered trademarks of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. A Time Warner Company. (Yay for legal-eze!) Additionally, Voltaire, Kimberly and members of the AQW Team will be doing voice acting during the event too

Artix has pictures and stories from Metrocon here http://www.aqworlds.com/gamedesignnotes/metrocon-pictures-and-stories-185
I was so excited to hear about the many die-hard MechQuest fans there! I know from the forums how intense, loyal, and dedicated you are - thanks for turning out for the convention! I wish I could have been there myself - but I am planning to go to DragonCon this year, and couldn't do both. Are you going to DragonCon?
The BattleOn NPCs
Our first music album is called The NPCs - "Critical Hits". It features 32 tracks of music from ALL of our web based games... and a bonus track of Zhoom's never before heard themesong, "I don't like dem Ninjas." EbilCorp ninjas best go to Yulgar's for some ear plugs. The CD sounds amazing and there are some songs on it that I did not even know we had in game!

Vivi is going to be helping us out with a lot of testing and possibly more but he'll be especially valuable because, and he may not even know it yet, he'll be helping us get the C-Mail system in working order! We should optimistically have it up and running next week or the week after that. This week would be fantastic but I have no idea if it's possible yet. So big thanks and congratulations to Vivi..

Holy cow.... The last few days have been severely long. It's been an odd week. First off, congratulations to Jemini. She has finally graduated college with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree! Good for her. I hope she enjoys her debt like the rest of us. I mention this though because she was doing a lot this week getting ready for graduation and making sure she wouldn't fail. So she wasn't available as much as she usually is which is perfectly understandable given the circumstances. Warlic and Yergen Von Shmergenbergen were given a big deadline so they were unable to help. So the result? A litle bit of a late release but a total level up on our part.
Star Date : February 15th, 3010!
Happy Birthday, bluesy! Many happy returns of the day to our dear and very cool Color!

Happy belated Birthday to Dragonnightwolf. He shared some kind words with us this week and his Birthday was yesterday. Thought it would be nice to mention it. Meant to do it yesterday but I got caught up.
Star Date : March 10th, 3010!
Hello everyone! It has been a while since I have posted to the DNs! I assure you, I am still alive! I have been very busy with Bladehaven (Sneak Peek) lately and am proud to say that development is moving along nicely! We should be releasing our first Battleon Portal minigame very soon!

Whatever happened to that Dragonoid?
Well, this didn't really happen but it was suggested by forum member, Wolfencreek. I found it funny so I animated it very quickly. What's nice is that it's animated in 1080p so it's technically HD which lets the viewer see all the detail. You would think it would be easy to export as high quality video as a file that isn't over 3GB but it turns out it isn't. There's a small glitch near the end of the video but everything else is fine. This was the closest I could get to having the video look good.
Anywho, here's the link.
Since Korin offered us more Design Notes and Warlic became a Twitter addict, we need to talk about the stuff too
Here ya can find, discuss and post all the Staff's stuff!
