hey i cant do twillys quest at noon cause i have school!!! thats not fair!!!:(

I don't think you have to worry.
Like we know AE, we will have at least a whole day to finish this quest. Each event until now gave the same chances for each player to complete it.
And for future references, I would suggest you to ask questions related to AdventureQuest Worlds in the AQWorlds Q&A board, because that is the board where you will get the correct answer as fast as possible ^^.

indeed i would never worry about this kinda thing. AE know they have players of all ages world wide and tend to (if not always) leave at least a 24 hour window for things like that
