Login to your Master Account here: http://portal.battleon.com/account/login.asp
Then, click Link Game Accounts (which should take you to this page here: http://portal.battleon.com/account/linkgame.asp )
From there, type in your AQ Login information.
If that doesn't work, it probably means that the person who took your account linked it to their master account. Contact the help team immediately--but it should take a day or two to get the problem resolved.
