Well many Penguins would be happy because it means more fish for them but I disagree, I fear that legally banning Japanese fishermen will have repercussions economically and also force them to fish in other waters illegally as they have done before on a minor scale in the Maldives.

 Since there are alot of repeat posters and one poster who has decided to write in binary instead of english(against the rules) I feel that I will have to lock up this MtAK.
