Somehow I doubt we'll complete 80% of the war in 1 week. I would've loved to get my hands on some of those alien weapons.

This sounds interesting. Looking forward to the release, as always. :P Sratch that, I confused the AQ and WF 'coming soon' lists. >.<

@Technomancer: The coming soon list applies to AQ. Deren and the Wizard re-vamp are upcoming AQ events.

I'm hoping for this war to end eventually sometime this month. Anyone have any idea how many wins a Special Mission counts for?

Eggcited about the wizard class, hope to get some new faces along with it.
As for the war the weapons are pretty cool but there is no way to win.
As for a wizard for which I want a female to add to my arsenal to
Captain Clippon
Captain Crunch
Captain C... I'm still working on that one, and lol ya I wantsta keep it clean.

They are not talking about the Wizard class coming to WF. They are informing us that the AQ Wizard class is getting swept soon.

Everyone, we are going to have to face facts. We have been fighting this war for 4 weeks and have less than 100k wins. The war is 1 million wins long. Why they threw a war this long at us is impossible to understand. Of course, they expected this war to take a month, but it's been nearly a month and we are not even 10% of the way to the end. This was never going to be finished in time. Less than 500 people play WF at any given time (currently there are 370), and at any moment maybe 20 or 30 people are fighting in the war. You could fit all the people fighting this war in my living room. The team should have thought a LOT harder about this before they shoved 1 million waves at us.

Necrophades, I think the 1mil wave was to encourage people to join, or get their friends to join Warpforce so there will be more players. I think it wasn't expected that we would lose since the option about alien weapons was mentioned in the March update.

Either ways, this is a First in AE history that a war was lost. (I think...) I'm interested to what happens next.

What do you guys think will happen?

We were not "meant" to lose this war. The fact is, before this we had never had a WF-only war: the Shearhide war was a collaborative effort with AQ. The staff need to have a baseline so they can know what kinds of wars to throw at us, and this was one trial. It has helped them to ascertain what difficulty/length of wars to give us in the future, so we can all be assured that our next war will be quite a bit easier.

I'm not sure what the deadline for this war is, but I think we can do it. And as I've said, even if we can't the result will be interesting--just look at all the amazing rewards we got for eventually beating Bradakhan. Who knows, maybe if the Nefadon take over the Alteon, they'll be able to use our technology to make even more advanced weapons that we can buy when we eventually rise up and overthrow them!

Thanks for the music raylas. I'm doing my best in the somewhat new Cybertech Battlesuit with its very nice thigh turret skill.. anyone have tips for taking these guys down faster?

Tsk :S Going from fighting as a beastmage in AQ to a low leveled hybrid in WF with limited spells is very difficult for me.

I have to say, my spells and gauntlet blasts' lack of accuracy is aggravating.

I think I have a more fitting track for everyone to listen to. Gets me in the mood to beat down those Nefadon.

Oh, and I couldn't find anything on the rules for general discussion boards, but are YT links still alowed?

 Here's hoping reinforcements are on route. I'm throwing my guantlet into this ring, at least. Might as well try to allievate some pressure over here.

Hopefully the incentive for AQ players who don't usually play WF (apparently we get a share of those alien weapons if the war is won over here-- not alot of people will pass that up) will make a huge difference.

Ah well, for now... IT'S GAME TIME!
