I've noticed lately that a lot of double posts are being caused by post deletion. I was thinking that you could maybe take away the delete button if the deletion of one's post would cause a double post, if possible.

He means, if someone removes the meat from a post sandwich, it'll be just two pieces of bread, ie a double post.
