Effect:
* If both hits connect(50% of the time), your enemy's Elemental Modifiers (Fire/Water/etc.) are randomly reassigned.
* This effect is not applied if your opponent is Frozen=( Frozen).
* Energy-Element monsters and monsters with 0% or less Energy Modifier are immune to this effect.

DESCRIPTION
Using a particle wave emitter, you distort the energy field around your target.
Can result in scrambling stats of the enemy.
