Hey AEgamer,

Custom Avatars are only allowed for members who receive the Helpful!, Friendly!, Constructive! or Creative! titles, or sometimes are rewarded for contest winners. The easiest way to be able to upload custom avatars is to spend time around the forums, get involved and just be helpful and friendly wherever you can. For more information, check out the Forum ranks, groups, and titles thread. :D
