ok i was looking at art suggestions and i saw people using this web site does anyone know how to put a pic in it thanks

Im not sure what the heck that site is for. Probably if hackers need web hosting. Try using either Photoshop or Photobucket.
I recommend Photoshop. It is way easier to use.

It's for uploading swfs (art files made using the flash program).

swfCabin is a website used to upload xcf and swf files. The art loaded there is not labelled as to who it belongs to, so it is a preferred venue for certain contests and other areas in the forums.

Unless you are using Flash, I would suggest using Photobucket or Twitpic to upload pictures. Most images made in MS Paint, GIMP, scanned in through your computer, etc. are going to be jpg, png, or bmp. These file types cannot be loaded through swfCabin.
