Alpha Chaos’ actual name is Cyrus Enki (explanation on name change in chapter 3). His wife is Emi Moriko. They are from the future, 10 years in the future. Cyrus has a special ability that is one of the most powerful abilities known, but it can take control of him as well. He is the destined savior of Lore. Emi also has ability. She can control light, create light, anything dealing with the element light, she is destined to also be the savior of Lore. They are the leaders of a resistance against the Dark Overlord, the person who’s behind all of this, their numbers only about 1 - 10 compared to the Dark Overlords, but still they press on to defeat him once and for all, if not that, at least find an exit to this desolate, distorted dimension.
This future they all live in… is dark. There’s no light. No wind. Life itself almost came to an end. Why? Because of the Dark Overlord. He appeared out of nowhere when drakath was about to open the portal. After a 5 year war between the Dark Overlord, Drakath, and the heroes, the Dark Overlord sent lore itself to his dimension: Distortion. After a while lore began to break apart to 4 floating landmasses which he named North Distortia, South Distortia, Central Distortia, and Distortia Core. Distortia Core is in the middle of Central Distortia. It is where the Dark Overlord had made his castle; right overtop of where BattleOn once stood… right overtop of where many have fallen. The Dark Overlord has only been challenged once, and that was when Drakath threatened him. Drakath is powerless now and is in the resistance. The Dark Overlord drained all his chaos powers. The resistance headquarters is in the east side of Central Distortia, in a dense forest, underground, their numbers dwindling. Cyrus, Emi, and about 100 others are all that remain. That can’t compete with the strength of thousands of corrupted warriors.
Chapter 2: Back to The Past
After many years of fighting, someone suddenly appeared on the map. He was a dark figure with pale skin, dark hair, and black eyes. He didn’t give his name, but he offered to take 2 of the resistance back to the past. Cyrus volunteered, then Emi, not wanting to be without her husband. Then, after they dubbed a new leader, they headed back to the past. But there was a problem… instead of the initial month before the event; they traveled 2 years before the event, with the mysterious man nowhere to be seen. There was also another problem; after sneaking around and watching the warriors, they realized their armors and weapons were way too advanced. They would attract too much attention if they didn’t find something else these warriors wouldn’t awe over… but for now, they only had what they had. After walking around in the green-guard forest for a few hours, they found some scrap metal lying around near a forge, no one in sight, so they made 2 sets of armors and weapons, similar to the ones they currently had but less technical. Then they headed for town wearing their new armors. After a while of walking around they came to a town. After observing and listening they realized that they came back to early. Eventually Cyrus saw their past selves and showed Emi, they were in love even back then. He wanted to recruit them but he knew that would cause a hole in time... so they avoided their past selves as much as possible. After listening to conversations and observing what these warriors did for a while, they decided to split up and make a map of Lore for they came completely unprepared…
Chapter 3: Evil’s Evil
After Cyrus walked around for a while he came to the capital of evil, ShadowFall. The dark warriors there sensed his dark power (mentioned in chapter 1) and went over to him and attacked him.
Cyrus: Gah- what do you want with me, dark heroes?
Hero1: we want your power, of course.
Hero2: if we get a hold of it, we could throw gravelyn out of throne! That’s what our resistance is for.
Cyrus: Gravelyn? Who’s gravelyn?
Hero1: You don’t know who Gravelyn is? Sepulchures daughter?
Cyrus: Sepulchure? You know him? Where is he? I want to talk to him.
Hero2: Hah! You weren’t informed? He was destroyed by Drakath.
Cyrus: What? But he’s- (gah, I can’t let them know…) ok, and drakath? Why did he attack Sepulchure?
Hero1: no more questions. Hand over that power.
Cyrus: I don’t think so.
After which Cyrus unleashed a dark blast-wave of energy. Then more warriors ambushed him from the cliffs and tied him up. After which his powers were not taken, but apparently enhanced by their attempt to drain it. It tainted his armor to a gray-ish color. His body was also tainted. His hair became a dark red, his eye color turned close to black, and his skin became pale, and dark red wings spouted out of his back. Even with his power released AND enhanced, he still couldn’t escape. Then they presented the prisoner to Gravelyn, which she replies “we have a truce with good, you idiots. Release the prisoner in the woods.” But they didn’t, instead they took him to their hideout, and threw him in the basement. After an hour or so of struggling he finally got out of the ropes and escaped. When he got back to town people backed away from him as if they were scared. When he looked in a mirror his expression was like he saw a ghost. After which people began calling him Alpha Chaos and making up rumors about him. After a while of wandering around on the outskirts of BattleOn he began to get worried about Emi, so he began searching for her.
