Did you notice M.I.R.V is a type of defensive missile?
Did you notice (I think Mecha Mario said this one a while back) That the achievement "cake" is based off of the Portal cake?
THE CAKE IS A LIE!!!!!! (Common gaming meme)
Did you notice battle tokens have the legion symbol on them?
Did you notice the description for Hitman is a famous movie quote? (If you haven't... you need to get out more.)
And finally, did you notice the Lawman is (I believe) named after his role in-game? (He enforces the law, such as reporting)

Seems it mysteriously gained 2 points to the during this updates. Must me that varium packages sales were down so they decided to give some incentive to buy them. :P

or maybe just because sword usually have more stat mods than the regular gear class specific weapons
and lvl 34

Is it just as compensation to the +3 Healt Points more, as a level 33 at level 1 FM from 29 Health Points to 32 Health Points?

No, they didn't say it before. It was 37 Dexterity at level Maximum, it now requires 42 Dexteriy at level Maximum.
