Help sizing a picture?

I can't seem to get a good size on a pic I took in-game. When I do, it's all distorted and gross looking. I have the pic here, if anyone would be so kind as to help me resize it to a decent-looking image. Thanks to all who help!

you need to edit it, click resize and size it to below 500x100 and seeing as it's a screenshot it's problably over 100 KB's so 400x100 or 300x100 is good

Edit: just checked it's 47 KB's, i'll re-size it for you...lemmie guess, Signature size?
