My Character reseted?

In the new mini-game bladehaven, I reached to level 10 but then when I logged out and back in, it turned me back to level 3...Can anyone help me? I clicked save character a bunch of times before every fight. I still have all the achievements but I was turned back to level 3.

 Did you click "Options", then click "Load character"?

1. The Forum Support area is only for forum related questions not for gameplay / account related questions, sorry!
2. The Save/Load option in BladeHaven reseted your character level, gold & EXP, yesterday it was a sort of character reset button, sorry!
Now it works like it was supposed to work
3. After the "reset" of your character the things you bought and the achievements you unlocked stayed, "only" gold level and exp were gone!
