Yes, the AE team use 'Adobe Flash CS5'. It's a program usually meant for companies like Artix Entertainment or students learning flash and animations.
It cost somewhere between $75o to $8oo. But if you are student you can get it off 85% ($12o). If you want you can download a free trial Here.
