Reduce the number of hung battles.

Resolved an issue where single-shot guns were not properly displaying deflections.

Solved a bug where users were being accidentally banned by our system's cheat detection.

Detect and stop more advanced cheaters

Resolved a problem where users would be unable to join certain map screens.

We'll continue to improve the game and resolve bugs, but it looks like we're ready to make some real forward progress on payment options, player housing, and soon faction headquarters and weapon upgrades.
