Im not entirely sure on this one, but i think they are basicly soulreapers without the Zanpaku-To, and they dont work with the Soul Society but against them.

I would name mine Kagesora

So I got most of them right! Woohoo! I would name it Divin Misutoresu. Which stands for Divine Mistress, who releases to the command "Sever" ;)

Hiya!

A hex triplet is the six-digit number representing colours.
Oh.

Shadowdragonshadow's statement about Quincies is completely wrong. Quincies are in no way related to Shinigamis.
1. Quincies are humans, Shinigamis are souls.
2. Shinigamis use their own, innate spiritual energy to execute abilities. Quincies absorb the energy from the environment. Because of this Quincies are more powerful when the environment is rich in spiritual energy, like in Soul Society or Hueco Mundo.
3. When hollows are slashed by a Shinigami's Zanpakutō they are purged from their sins and sent to Soul Society. Quincies kill the hollows.
It is all explained at the beginning of the series, when Ishida is first met.
Ah, it's been a long time since I have seen that episode.

Also, since you weren't entirely sure who they are, here's a basic explanation: Quincies were an order of spiritually aware humans who devoted their life to killing hollows. They were almost exterminated by Shinigamis 200 years ago. The only known living Quincies are Uryū Ishida and his father Ryūken.
