Hey, I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this, but there's no other place to look to. If my question is not answered in 24 or even 48 hours, and it is bumped onto the second or third page, Am I able to bump it or make the thread again?

Either delete/remake or bumping is fine. As long as it isn't done excessively, I don't think any of the Q&A AKs or Mods will object.
