i just dont get it

okay i have been asking arouund a lot but i dont think i have been asking the right questions i cant get the image to work i want to get a siggy i made in the siggy box but i all i am able to use is powerpoint and paint i like the out come but i cant get it on the forms an ArcaKnight friend told me to put the address in bettewn the image image (i know that part) what i don't know is what to put bettween them

 If it's on Powerpoint, you have to do:

File>Save As>Create a name for your file, then click the down arrow button next to where it says "Presentation" and pick either JPG, PNG, or GIF (PNG or GIF preferred)>Save

Once you've done the steps above, go into Paint (or any other image-editing program), crop the image, click File, then Save.

Once you're done the steps above, download it to Tinypic (or any other preferred site. Then click Upload. Once you're done that, take the Direct Link and paste it in between image tags in your Signature Box, and ta-da! You have a signature!
