How? I read Maegwyn's IE step-by-step but it does not show where to click! And yes I know this isn't forum related but there is no other place! Please Help!

Tools -> Clear browsing history -> temporary internet files then click ok

If you press "alt" it will show the tools section
Edit; If your using older version of IE, you can see them tools, then choose internet options and choose clear temporary internet files
