I have noticed that Gamma Bot has gotten its block rate increased?!! Lets say in every battle i always miss with it.

Have you noticed it? Cause i have. Tell me has it?

Do mages get blocked easier too?

Bounty Hunters:Almost impossible to hit them with gamma bot
Tech Mage:Well almost same as BH
Mercenary:Almost as TM(Tech Mage)

I mean like... It seems that the guys i'm fighting never get blocked, like I block them 1 time every 2-3 battles, which is expected with my whopping 25 dex at lvl 32, but it's like every other time that I attack with my sword or bot, I miss.

Its because of Shadow Art and high dex . You need to use more dex or use unbockables

Bot is just similar to Strike. They both are affected by Dex, Smoke & SA. I block those easily. So its nothing with Bot buy just Dex. Ramp up dex & pawn.

Obviously you can't hit a Bounty Hunter, with Shadow Arts they block practically ever single attack you throw at them.

Gamma bots % chance to hit is the same, Hunters are just a bit faster now... ;)

 Now more than ever we live in a world of blocks based on Dex being almost required in today's game. Bounties noticed that they could exploit blocking by raising a stat to compliment shadow arts, Players needed something to hit those Shadow Arts bounties, and they also needed something to prevent mutilation from everyone running around with Physical Primaries. The answer? Dex. Which means those who haven't complied to this change are noticing more blocks happening to them.

Only way to counter dex is through energy unblockables.
