Depending on when you posted it, maybe. If it was a long time ago, chances are, that post doesn't exist anymore.

 The furthest back you can go on your record is 300 posts. Go to your profile and click "View Last 50 posts." In the resulting url, substitute 300 for 50, and your last 300 posts will be listed.

Or you could just click here.
