Why not add Health and Energy to stats you can enhance to? Sometimes I find in my build I have like 1-3 extra points that I just cannot use and it would be nice to put them into something like energy or health.

Because not even un-enhanced weapons can do that, well that's my opinion why.

Makes it really easy to bypass agility and gain extra focus

Your going to bypass agility by gaining a grand total of 3 health? If you want to add a ton like "+20" your losing way to much defense or str for it to compensate. There is no way to really abuse this.
