Here you go! Request done! I don't know which one you want, the one with the glow but included background piece or the one without the background and glow.

Don't delete your post next time, maybe D1F3Forum liked yours better.

And I just used the Lasso Tool to highlight the area I need and then...
Layer > Transparency > Color to Alpha > Then I chose White and clicked 'Ok'

Umm, that just makes the selected color to be transparent.
