Okay! This is my take on the obviously increased occurence of crits, blocks, deflects etc... on behalf of certain characters. First of all, I am a varium lvl 32 bounty with max SA. Ever since these new modifications in the system, alot of people, including myself have noticed a change. Over the past 3 weeks Ive created 2 test characters and have come to the following conclusion. The system automatically favors and increases the chances of winning for the following: a. A lower level character in general b. An opponent with a worse win-loss ratio In other words, if your a good player and at a higher level than your opponent, then the system will work against you in an effort to 'balance out' the outcome of the match. I have observed this carefully over the past 3 weeks and intentionally created a character with a bad win-loss ratio and guess what? That character was critting, blocking and deflecting almost 1 out of every 2 moves, much more than my BH. Especially with higher levels. I think the devs, in an attempt to 'make up' for a lack of control in match making based on skill and not just level limitations overshot their objective. The game has become practically unplayable due to the fact that nothing can be calculated anymore !!
