We all know that BH are Over Powered in this game.
but this is just too much.
ill show you a play by play on how my regular matches are against BH

Enemy: smoke screens (ohh yeah he has less support and he goes first)
Me: Robot Debuff
Enemy: strikes
Me: maul (gets blocked)
enemy: strikes
Me: Strike (gets blocked)
enemy: Massacre (i still live because of high hp)
Me: Berserker rage (blocked)
enemy: strike
Me: strike (blocked)

this is how my regular match against a regular BH with founder, bunnyzookas, frostbite claws, and frostbolt gun is like.
u know that build with like 84 dex. 84 str 125 hp lvl 7 smoke with lvl 6 SA and BL

or the other type of BH, the support 5 focus type.

Enemy: Reflex boost (obviously goes first)
Me: strike (BLOCKED)(i try not to use energy attacks this early)
Enemy: bazooka attack (usually crits)
Me: strike (BLOCKED)
enemy: gun
Me: secondary (deflected)
enemy: strikes
Me: berserker Rage (blocked)
enemy: gun
me: maul (blocked)

this is how its like with most BH
i had several lvl 27 BH block me 5 times today causing me to loose.
the weird thing about it is. that everyone says "you have low dex thats why you cant hit them"
me normal build has 75 dex
seriously this whole dex monkey/ str Bh is getting out of control
Block really needs to be fixed
as i am getting really pissed off at this game because everyone is switching to BH because they want to win.
idk what happens when its Bh vs BH nor do i care but block is just too much.
i tried huge tank builds to combat the Str Bh it doesn't work either.
u want to know what my defense is?
22-27 +8 +1 +13
hybrid, agility, and armor
and res is 35-42
can u explain how BH can hit 40s on me with that defense? when their regular strengh is 84
and how 5 focus BH is hitting 35s with gamma bot.
i just dont find it balanced. i have 95 tech and my robots hits nowhere near 30 against any enemy and its 5 focus.
to me it just seems like its either be a BH or u cant win. not to mention for some reason i think 5 focus on BH with robot will hit harder than a merc with 5 focus robot and huge tech

at this point im really SICK of BH and at the verge of quitting. because i think my builds over and over and try different types of stuff. but NOTHING is working against regular founder/bunny BH.

so what do u think of the OP class in ED now?
is the block too much?
can u compare this new generation of BH against other previous (nerfed) generations of OP builds? (like heal loop mage back in the old days)

unblockables can only go so much.
with str merk the only unblockables i have is gun and aux.
aux is weak. and gun usualy gets deflected.
with my tank merc
aux and gun mostly get delfected. bunker buster doesn't crit. ( i hardly get to use it because i end up using energy for heal because they damage too much)
robots always gets blocked aswell
so aside from gun, aux (which get delfected) and bunker which hardly never crits.
do u think an aux that does 30 damage and a gun that does 30 damage (get deflect most of the time so cut damage in half) and bunker that usualy does 40 28-34 defense
kill a BH with 125 hp who also regains hp the more he attacks me?

he get depressed because yesterday my sis have beaten him 3 times and he always say that word wtf when she beat him

why dont u go play for a few hours and on each match u play, u get blocked 2+ times and critted once and deflected twice.
and loose to every founder/bunnyzooka BH u fight
then tell me u wouldn't be pissed off.
ohh and stunned by tech mages 100% of the time

This is just another "Why MY build sucks against <you_name_it> build?".

You have no reason to complain. Str merc is one of the worst builds to go against a fully equipped str BH.

Yeah... try a 5 focus merc with intimidate and high support... let's see how BH's like that.

If you are using a str build expect fast wins AND losses if you want results use a proper build.

fight with me i cant fight with you cause i dont play epic duel anymore and my sis only play epic duel .
and she told me she beat you 3 time yesterady and you only lose in 2 turn.

SA is annoying, I don't even like the skill, even when playing as BH. The thing is, SA is made only to against Primal weapon user, which is annoying I can believe, it make people be less creative
The thing that you can't try to mass your build without this and that, very annoying
Mer: you can't hit by weapon (I know STR mer is OP, but there should be other way)
Mage: Totally kill Staff using purpose so Mage have to stay with Gun and Aux Energy. Thus, it make Assi useless
BH: totally a game of luck and better gear

Str merc is all about luck, so get better build and stop whining about bhs being OPed. (I am merc btw)

The thing annoy me is not blocks , when i open DM they use energy gun and hit incredible , that gun need a Support req like 42 supp

Using unblockables is a good strategy against them , STR Mercs block alot and they got low resist

so what do u think of the OP class in ED now? I think its BH but its my personal idea so dont be mad
is the block too much? Yes , But STR mercs deserve block
can u compare this new generation of BH against other previous (nerfed) generations of OP builds?If mages still have Healloop now i could tell Game is balanced because Mages will get High% and slow wins and BHs will get Normal% and fast wins which will make the game balance but now Str BH is more oped than healloop or support build or str merc because other classes dont have a good build to race with them and they got extremly fast wins.

 uMm NO BH are not overpowered in this game .. Maybe they have a little bit of an edge (EMP, and Passive block) but its all about how you play your cards. For example When ever i see a BH i check out his build and than plan my attacks accordingly!! lets say a bounty uses smoke, i use repair bot. Next he prolly uses aux or gun and i strike him with my aux than i use gun and than my bot.. i try not to strike it unless i am out of options!

With a well balanced (5 focus) merc you can easily beat bounty !! btw i am a 5 focus tank merc and its rare that i loose to a bounty.

P.s Str mercs are all about luck.. they kill fast but they also drop like flies. ..

Um no.BH are decent they are NOT OPed in this game Mercs are.Obviously a STR Merc build sucks against STR Bounties with SA we all know that.Your build is a STR Build all about kill fast or die quick its an all or nothing build perhaps you should get another build.Your build is focuesed on all blockables perhaps a better build taht has unblockables is better you relie on them to much.

If str merc didn't get blocked so much they'd be unbelievably overpowered. If you don't like the risk switch to support merc.

I would have to say that in my experience the BH is not as powerful as the merc. A BH has to have a good build, and play it very wisely to beat me. As a merc you can play a pretty sloppy game and still win.

I agree with Vick Vega. I've played all 3 classes through to level 20, and what I've found (up to about level 20) is that TMs are generally better against Mercs, but only slightly. A typical BH has practically run into a wall should they encounter a Merc, but are equal against TMs in general.

So from what I've seen: Merc is BY FAR the best class.
Its advantages:
Best Skill Set - Good Mix Between Blockables and Unblockables
Best Stat abuse potential - Str & Sup
Hybrid Armour is OPed in the lower levels
Best class if you use a sword

Stop complaining about Blocks. Adjust and live with it.

I was about to say something nice about Bounty's but I have changed my mind. I just got blocked 3 times and deflected once by a level 31 non var BH with max SA and lost. Oh yeah, I had 20 more dexterity than him and 20 more support than him.

And please don't suggest "don't use your primary..." because there is a reason it's called your primary. I've always hated block, but I agree. It is out of control.

try sidearm, aux, bunker buster or multi(which ever you use), sidearm, heal, aux. i honestly hate boosters but if you must, use health boosters to stall till unblockables again.

yeah i had intimidate Maxed on my tank merc reducing about 40 something str
even when i did use it on BH they weren't hitting 40s but they were hitting 25-35s
and they still blocked and delfected
and dont even get me started with crits as i have been killed in 2 turns by lvl 27s with max bunker and max artillery crits.

also to anyone who says the build sucks. it doesn't suck seeing as how back when STR BH wasn't so OP my strengh merc was 90%+ winrate
now its hardly 80%
u say mercs are OP if they hit. BH are OP if they dont get hit.
so basicaly ur taking frosting from a cake to put it on another cake (metaphor)

i tried boosters even with 2 boosters and like 44-53 (with agilty, armor and hybrid) str BH are still killing me like its nothing.
if anyone who says my build sucks. i can post a pic of my build here for u. then tell me if its even possibble for a STR BH to beat that type of tank even after i intimidate

exactly. anyone who says that just proves how much they fail. and im sorry if im offending u. but i dont see how aux, sidearm and bunker can finish a str BH with 125 hp when they have blood lust regaining their HP.
not to mention they will have 84 dex causing bunker to be way weaker.


also another thing i noticed is with my str merc. idk if its a bug
but when i had 120 str i use my physical sidearm on a lvl 27 tech mage with like 14-17 +1 defense and it did 10,10 and no it was not a deflect. technicaly if im correct it should have done about 26 26 or 27 27 with gun but it did 10 10 on that defense
idk whats going on but the engine is definetly bugged.
and if ur not a str merc and have not seen this happen to u. then dont even bother posting something stupid saying how its not true blah blah blah.

why should i? when people complained about heal loopers, they got nerfed, also ur fogetting that mercs cant lower defense or resistance. and we cant boost our dex or tech.
aside from hybrid and bloodshield (which are static defenses. meaning it cant be raised with stats) BH and TM can raise their defense and resistance be a HUGE ammount.
BH however has WAY more advantage at raising defense than tech mage. because both reflect boost and energy shield are raised from support. making support BH, a powerful class. ohh yeah and a good heal aswell with rage zookas.

what did u think my tank merc is? its 5 focus. with assault bot to nerf smokes.
and and i have maxxed intimidate which lower ther attack by a huge ammount. yet they still manage to win. i tried several tons of strategies with 5 focus. non worked. they work against tech mages tho. and other tank mercs. they somehow get luckier on the crits -_-
also my 5 focus merc gets just as blocked as my str merc so dont say that its str merc that has the problem.

^ Was it the finishing shot? If yes, then it's no bug. Deflection does not get showed when it is a finishing shot. It was a deflection just it doesn't say DEFLECTION. That's only my guess, maybe it is a bug.

i seen it happens around 10 times
and a few times it wasn't the finishing shot. but they did end up with like 1-5 hp

Try a support build. That way you can stop complaining about blocks if you aux gun multi intimidate. Since you don't complain about beating other types of bounties or other mercs or other mages then I presume that you don't have trouble with them. If that's the case then Str bounties are your weakness and you can stop complaining and try to rebuild to beat them. If that's not the case and you are having a hard time with everyone then get a new build.
