  • Begin!
  • Instructions - see below

    Instructions:
Korin: In Halls of Hindrance you will be required to reach the end of each stage within the time limit.
Korin: The time limit is displayed as a timer bar at the bottom of the screen. The time limit changes from stage to stage.
Korin: Sometimes the limit is 7 seconds, others it could be 10 seconds.
Korin: There are 5 stages per course. Some stages may be too difficult but never fear!
Korin: If you fail too many times then you will have the option to use a free pass to move to the next stage.

Korin: Those are the basics. The rest is up to you to learn as you go! So good luck, contestant, and enjoy the game!

If you lose halfway: You'll be given any random dialogue

If you lose too many times:
Korin: Honestly, if it's too hard for you, just take the free pass... You're embarrassing your planet.

If you win one of the course:
Korin: Congratulations! You're moving on to the next course!

Gameshow Planet - Wheel of Points

Location: Soluna City -> Click on "Gameshow Preview" at New Releases Panel
Objective: You have completed the course!
    Requirements: Star Captain required
    Release Date: March 25th, 2011

    Enemies:
    None

    NPCs:
  • Korin

    Dialogue:
Korin: Welcome back to the Gameshow planet preview! Today we'll be showing off the game Wheel of Points.

    Stages
Korin: You can choose either of the stages below. Each has 5 possible word puzzles. The final will have 15 puzzles per stage.
Korin: You only need to complete one word puzzle to move on but this way you won't play one puzzle over and over.

    (Stage 1, 2, 3)
Korin: The puzzle will begin when you are ready!

    Instructions
Korin: The game is simple! Solve the word puzzle on the screen by guessing the letters that are in the words!
Korin: First, you will spin the wheel to determine how many points each letter you guess will be worth.
Korin: For each correct letter, you will get the amount you spun for every letter that's in the puzzle.
Korin: If you roll 500, guess T, and there are 2 T's on the board, you will get 1000 points.
Korin: You can't guess vowels on normal turns. To guess a vowel, you need to buy it.
Korin: At the end of a turn, you can choose to buy a vowel for one flat rate of 250 points.
Korin: If you choose a vowel that is not on the board or if you accidentally choose a consonant, you will still lose 250 points.
Korin: At the end of a successful turn, you will have the option to solve the puzzle.
Korin: If you successfully solve the puzzle, points will increase by your last spin for every letter that gets revealed!
Korin: If you try to solve the puzzle but guess incorrectly, you will lose the game! You only have one chance.
Korin: Each puzzle has a score goal that you must reach to advance to the next stage.
Korin: Solving the puzzle will only ensure that you get experience and credits so play carefully!
Korin: Be careful not to select letters you have already chosen! Use the puzzle category to narrow down the puzzle solution!
Korin: If you choose a letter you've already guessed, or a letter that is not in the puzzle,
Korin: or guess a vowel without buying it, you will lose 10% of your total score.
Korin: If you need another explanation, don't hesitate to ask. Good luck!
