 Yup. In fact, according to Artix (or it was Cysero; I forget) on the AQW DNs, that's what the Master Account's original purpose is supposed to be, to help get back hacked game accounts.

... it seems i cant ... can you tell me WHERE i can get my info back? i dono the pass to the account.. but to the master account i do, is there some place where it says?

The Account recovery page of the battleon portal is here ---> Recovery of lost AE Accounts

The other way would be ---> AQ Subject: Account Hacked

 the easy way to get ur acount lost accounts and thell send it your email and you can change the pass word
